Term 5 – ‘Inspiring Individuals!’ 

This term we are learning all about animals and humans and their lifecycles in our Science lessons and during PE we are focusing on our dodging and jumping skills. Our topic lessons will see us explore significant people from the past and we will get to experiment with a range of tools (such as oil pastels, chalk, poster paints) for our art lessons. For our RE lessons we will focus on Bible stories such as Noah's Ark, feeding the 5000 and the Garden of Eden. During computing we will look at how computers are used in the wider world.

In our English lessons we will be looking at different biographies including Mary Seacole and Florence Nightingale. From these, we will be writing our own set of instructions, advert and an informal letter. 

In our Maths lessons, the focus is on fractions, where we will learn how to find equal and unequal parts, quarters, three quarters, halves and a whole.
