At Fleetdown Primary Academy, we promote the abilities and achievements of all our pupils.  The staff work hard to ensure that all children receive the best teaching and learning experiences in order to help them achieve their very best.


Events and Support for Parents


We believe it is really important that parents feel supported and have regular opportunities to talk to the SEN team about their child and SEN provision at Fleetdown. We pride ourselves on having an ‘open door’ policy where parents can drop by to see us in person, call or email to discuss anything.

Beams is a local charity which provides support for children with disabilities and their families. They run parent support groups and a Fathers' club to provide support and guidance for fathers and grandfathers of children with Autism. Please visit the Beams website for further information about the support they offer, upcoming events and training opportunities for parents Also, please see information about the parent support group dates and Fathers' club below.


Early Help –Early Help provide support at home and access to additional services. Early Help will also work with the school to ensure children are able to access their education. Please speak to The Ark for a referral
